Okay, so it is a week before my period. I am cramping which I have always gotten before my period. But new symptoms are mood swings, and nausea and being a bit tired. I do not like these new symptoms. Is it a period symtoms or could it be something else?

I get that before my period, not fun.

It seems that everytime i get my period my symptoms are different. a week before my period i get crampy and moody and my breasts swell and i get bloated. sometimes i am just crampy and moody.

How many cycles have you noticed these new symptoms? As we get older stuff is constantly changing depending on whats going on around us.

This is the first cycle that I have had these symptoms? Yeah I realized that after I wrote this that things are constantly changes.
