Ehhh....maybe the amount of fillers inside the actual pill and maybe one says "all NATURAL"...technically both are natural in the sense of replenishing the same bacteria that are already inside of you. But if you are in doubt you can always ask a pharmacist what they think would be the best product for your money.
There are those who believe that dictionaries should not merely reflect the times but also protect English from the mindless assaults of the trendy.

I'm back to this thread. I thank all of you for your previous support and hope you ladies might have an answer now. Since I last posted in this thread, overall there has been drastic improvement, yay. I never did try any form of acidophilus or re-contact the male gynecologist. I am assuming since he thought of me as a one (few time) deal and that's why he has never checked back with me. Any rate, I'm using all "free" soap and pad products and even purchased a bigger size panty to allow for more breathing room. Here's the issue I'm still having, it seems like every other period cycle, at least on the first day the burning is intense. Last month it was awful. I literally felt close to tears. After that it diminished. For a few days before and after, wetness can be a problem. My February cycle is due either tomorrow or very soon thereafter so I'm wondering if the on/off discomfort is just due to the coming of that awful time of month. Last night, while in bed, the burning started bigtime then went away. A little while ago, to a lesser extent, it was back. I'm trying to avoid pad/liners as much as I can when not on my period. Typically it seems every few days i'll need to rinse out a pair of panties either after my shower (having worn all day) or in the morning. By "wetness" I don't mean soaking wet or anything like that just a tiny-small spot. I confess to sometimes, if I know I'll be sitting for a while or even after a shower to grabbing a pad, which I know only further irritates my vaginal area. I'm trying to be better about that. I just don't want to be in major pain come start of this cycle. I didn't particularly "love" the male gyn or feel 100% comfortable with him. Again my 2 urine and one vaginal cultures all came back negative and looked completely healthy and normal. The only thing is noticed was some minir local irriation which was originally attributed to my use (I didn't know) of perfumed pads every month along with scented soaps.

Should I wait and see what happens or what do you think I should do? I know I really should (in any case) try to find a gynecologist who I both like and completely trust. I'm not a doctor person at all, dentist, yes, doctor forget it!

Quick edit to add in that unfortunately there's no man right now in my life so that isn't apart of this.

Thank you all very much and have a good night.
