    Pid? Help!!!

Since March Ive had this gross, smelly yellow leaking from vagina, daily. It's musty or foul. Some days it was heavy, some days not. But because Ive never had any type of infection, I thought it was hormonal or something.
I started spotting at ovulation time and before period, about a yr ago. I tested my hormones at home with saliva, and it came back that my estrogen was sky high. My periods weren't real regular either, sometimes Id skip one or two. Sometimes it was every month.
Well in July I had a large gush of blood that lasted like 5 minutes, and then I lightly bled for 2 days. My period was due so I didn't think anything of it. Hadn't ever happened and hasn't since.
Well for August, September, and this month....it's like I haven't had a normal period at all. Lots of spotting and lightly bleeding. Some days it's heavier than others. It's thin/watery blood. But that's how my periods are or have been. Like each month Ive bled or spotted for a total of 16 days, but not in a row. Here and there. It's never heavy at all. Most of it goes in the toilet, not on a pad. But it's bright red-dark red-light pink. Never know which color it may be. Tiny dark clots too, sometimes. Pelvic pain/cramps too.) I've never done like this, like the past 3 months.
    Ideas anyone? HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!
    (Im married, 32, 5 kids.)

(I should add, I have SEVERE anxiety that isn't treated, for years now. I also suspected that I wasn't ovulating so I bought those predictor kits, tested for a week when I thought I ovulated but got negatives. I haven't had signs of ovulation for months and months.)

Have you been to the Dr at all for this? Smelly, colored, etc., generally an infection that needs to be treated.

No I haven't. I took 2 vagisil infection tests, 2 different times and both were positive for BV or Trich. I just started taking "Femdopholis" 13 days ago, they said it could take longer than that to work though. I really want to avoid antibiotics.
My guess is my Ph level is too high in my vagina due to too high estrogen causing infection. And I don't think Im ovulating, creating a hormonal mess. I also have lost 25 pounds in the last 3-4months (by cutting out all processed sugars and cutting back on proportions). I am still 50 pounds overweight.
