PAIN, Heavy, Constantly annoying...
what makes it better? what will stop the dull back and leg pain, what will ease the cramps, i cant ware tampons it increases all my symptoms! i have work... i work in the environment that requires me at my best and i can't call out b/c im in a fetal position with my heating blanket! Why does it suck so much to be a woman!

Extra-uber-massive-strength Midol and a heating pad on your stomach! And a good supply of pads to take to work with you.

I used to suffer mind numbing cramps like this as well. My doctor told me to start taking pain medication 2 days before my period starts so that the medicine has already built up in my system. Once you start, make sure to take it every 4-6 hours, don't miss a dose! It really has made a significant difference. Hope that helps!

Not sure what the worst part of the period is, finding out that your still not pregnant, or the 7 days of before you can start trying again!
