    Exam?

Just wanted to ask a general question for input.
Is it bad to be 23 and to not have had a pelvic exam of any kind?
I'm kinda nervous about it and so I haven't gotten one. I don't feel comfortable getting one. I was told that it's not that big of a deal if you're not sexually active or have a family history of diseases or disorders.
    Can anyone offer some insight?
    Thanks.

    Generally

Pelvic Examinations, at least, a simple pap smear is not a bad thing to do, sexually active or not, who knows how cervical cancer happens...

I don't think you tshould worry about it at 23, and being sexually non active, I think what you've been told is true..

But, that refers to a pap smear can show up alot of things, and if abnormal, they can establish what, ie) STD's... This is what they are referring to as don't worry....

It only feels "cold" and a thing put inside, un-comfortable but doesn't hurt, then they take the pap smear it's over in seconds, honestly

Do you know even at my age, I hate them, purely and mainly because that's my parts and I hate a Doctor being there, it feels weird, like that belongs to my man Even though she's a woman, but I had Cervical Cancer and if I hadn't had those tests I wouldn't have known and it had nothing to do with sex, as the reason, so don't be frightened have a go, see a female Doctor, just so you can put your mind at ease, it will be 2 - 3 years before you'll have to worry about it again...

Always keep an eye on our bodies I think...
