Hi ladies, im a 17 yo guy and my dearest friend had a car accident 2 days ago which resulted in a broken leg, various cuts and bruises and lacerations but she also got her stomach cut by the broken windshield when it caved in but she is also going through her monthly cycle at the moment but my question is that she is vomiting could this be shock or could is be that her body cant cope with the pain from her broken leg and her usual monthly pain.

It could be from either. Some women get such painful periods that they do end up vomiting, but she could also have something else going on since she was in that accident. I think the best bet would be to contact a doctor about this issue. I don't really think anyone on here can give you exactly the answers you need.

If she is taking pain medications or antibiotics, they could be part this problem to. She may need her medication adjusted. Seeing a doctor would be the best thing under these circumstances.

Thats true WC. I was on ammoxicilin and it gave me the most horrible stomach aches, but I never vomited from it. Maybe its an allergic reaction.
