desperate and scared!!!
can diet pills mess up your period? i took quick trim for around 2 weeks or less and now im a week past my period date and very scared. i took a pregnancy test and came back not pregnant, i will be taking another one in 2 weeks.. but if you have any idea or been through what im going through please help!!!

Diet pills can mess you up in many ways.
Please allow this "scare" to be a message from your body to STOP taking this garbage. It's not good for you.
Lifestype changes that include a healthy, well balanced diet that includes plenty of water. Exercise at least three times each week for 45 - 60 minutes is the way to get on track for a healthier you.
No pills, potions, creams, shots or powders are going to do that.Comment
