If you were peeing out blood it sounds like you have a UTI and need to get antibiotics. I agree with the above. Blood, itching and irritation are signs of UTI and you need antibiotics or a antibiotic creme to apply. The symptoms change as days go by, so you should visit the doctor to prescribe you on antibiotics. The symptoms will go away within a few days.
