extreamly heavy & clotty period after BC

hello all. I was hoping to get some insight on if I should be concerned or if this is just something that will pass I start taking bc for the first time in augutst of this year, so just last month. I was/am fully aware that it can effect your cycle a lot.

I started on or around aug 18th with the quick start method. I had a normal, possibly lighter period on my normal time ( falls between the 8th-11th eAch month ). then about 2 weeks later or two weeks early I am having another period but it is looe no other ive experienced and I've had ppently of heavy flows

it started with nearly a week of spotting, a little bloody discharge everytime I wiped. then the real period started about 3 days ago. it is so heavy !!! I am going through SUPER PLUS tampons in under an hour. I mean I soak through onto the panty liners I beingforced to wear (2 of them at once !) else I ruin my clothing. everytime I pull the tampon out I feel clots coming with it. they're mostly small or long. then I will feel a larger one expel as I sit on the loo. if I gently push, usually another one will come out. they are generally smaller than a quater or half dollar. some have been a bit larger. some are tiny.

ive had these before and I know theyre normal however are sooo many a cause for concern ? should I wait it out longer or call the doctor ? I actually do not have a personL dr a d this would require a free clinic visit ... want to avoid at all cost. I won't go unless there's a chNce something is seriously wrong.

I can barely sleep - if I do when I wake up in the morning I have to RUN to the bathroom while tryin to squeeze my vagina closed or else I will have blood pouring down my legs. this is really getting ridiculous. but if it should go away I will just keep vigilantly going to the bathroom...

I think yu should go and see your GP and mention your symptoms. Do you feel unwell when you menstruate? like you sorto f have the flu with horrible period pain?
I dont want to diagnose but mention you could have possible endometriosis esp with the heavy bleeding and blood clotting. I would talk to a youngish female doctor too because otherwise the convo can become quite awkward well IMO anyway.
Well good luck and hope things get better.

I really feel fine. there has been not even a little cramping or back pain. the only thing is annoyance.

is that a condition that can just come out of no where ?
my periods have always lasted 5-7 days, with a day of spotting followed by 2-3 days of moderate bleeding (tampon full in 3 hrs but able to sleep ) then very light for a day or 2. sometimes I have light cramping but usually not. just regular pms - emotional slight bloating hungry.

I'm thinking it's just my uterus thinning due to the bc ive never talk it before and I'm halfway into pack 2 now. I'm just alarmed at the amount of tissue in the blood. I woke up this morning and when I pulled the tampon out I felt at least 4 clots come out and 2 more as i sat there - I was asleep about 4 hours. I put. a new tampon in and was leaking already about 30 minutes later. there was a big clot I felt come out, and the tampon was soaked.

I've doubled up using super pads & tampons to control the leaking... there is no pain no tiredness, in fact no pms symptoms at all. it's just a huge hinderance. I can barely leave the house.
