I've had a pretty strong feminine odor, maybe it's just my "scent" but has anyone had any luck regarding feminine odor and internal deodorant pills?

There is a supplement called Chlorophyll, in various forms and brands, that is supposed to work as an "internal deodorant," among other benefits. I have used it, and it seems to bring my underarm BO in check. Hubby uses it for bad breath, works for that too. You can get it at GNC, online, or probably also in drug stores.
