Im getting my period every other week.
For the last 3 months I have gotten my period every other week. I do not know what to do. I am scared to go to the doctor. I don't want her to tell me something is wrong. I had my daughter 6 months ago. When she was born I lost a lot of blood. They stoped the bleeding and said everything was okay. I am worried that it is not. Does this happen to anyone else. Please tell me that this is normal. -
No, this is not normal.
You really MUST go back to your doctor. You lost a lot of blood after you had your baby girl, and they said everything was ok; but obviously something is wrong--that's a lot of blood to lose every other week.
Please go back and let the doctor know you're having a "period" every other week. That is something your doctor should know about.
Also, you need to build the iron back up in your blood. Eat iron-rich foods, or get yourself a good multi-vitamin with iron. I also was iron-deficient after I had my kids, so I had to build up the iron in my blood, which will also cause bleeding if you lack the proper amount of iron in your system (one of many things that can cause that type of bleeding).
Please be sure to see your doctor. Your health is sooooo important and your baby needs you to be well.

JL,
Try to be as positive as possible, too.
Sure, the doctor may tell you something is "wrong", but it can be corrected. It's better to know what's going on and deal with it, than to wait a long time and NOT know what's happening.
The sooner you find out, the more options you will have at your disposal for good care.
Remember: think positive! You'll be just fine.
