    please help me unusual situation!

hello everyone i just registered on this forum, i found it a while ago through google. and right now my head is really messed up, so i decided to sign hope to get some help on here!

im 20 year old girl. iam a virgin and not just technically. fully like ive never even kissed a guy before! by choice as i come from a very strict culture which iam happy to follow! but here is my problem i was just lying down and i realized that my stomach was a little swollen so i played with it and found this big hard round thing. in the lower stomach area. kinda hurts when i play with it and it moves if press it down! and i have missed my last period! so im really confused, ive been losing a lot hair lately and gained a little weight which is unusual as ive been the same size sense i was 12! i really don't know what to do. i will be going to the doctors next week as its a holiday now. iam really going mad i cant tell anyone about this in my family as they might accuse me of being pregnant and i cant say that hasn't crossed my mind either i know its impossible, but can it be?

has anyone has ever had this before?
thank if you respond! and happy new year!

    Happy New Year sweet.

Okay, you are a virgin , technically, you know it's impossible but can it be

It actually sounds though, that you may have a cist or inflamation what sort of stress are you under? Stress usually causes hair to fall out as well..

Your family may be strict but lumps are serious they are not signs of pregnancy usually that's "fat" showing in different areas.. This could be anything including appendix so please don't put it off until holiday season is over. Tell your Mother you are in pain, you can feel a lump and you are frightened that it could be serious such as an appendix, or stone... She won't even think of anything else she knows what pregnancy looks and feels like and it's not what you are describing.

Don't stress just go and see an emergency Doctor and put your mind at ease, it as I said, could just be a cist you haven't said you are in agony, or talked about pain... So, what ever it is, it doesn't seem dangerous "now" but don't risk it.

    Please.

Thanks for your comment on the other thread...

Hun, this is how I see it.. Forget fear, fear is a waste of thought. Through everything that happens in life we learn right?

So no point fearing. What I would really love you to do, is put that aside and not "wait" to see if it passes, especially if you have a little pain.. Missing your period can cause pain.. The lump could be a fat tissue from missing your period..

You are 20, can't you go to see someone by yourself without your Mother knowing? I read about your Dad and maybe your Mother can't hide things well so is this an Option ?

HAHAHA sorry that was funny I was trying to work that out?

Okay, listen.. Go to sleep and the pulse may actually be your finger on it, not it, itself.

This is the thing, we "fear" the un-known... It is not excrutiating pain, it will hold itself off till tomorrow okay...

Go tomorrow regardless and get tested... What ever it is, it's not at a stage of harming you, but until you can establish what it is, you won't know and your mind wont be at ease and don't play with fate x

If you wake at any stage with severe pain, call an ambulance, now promise me..

Lastly, how long have you felt this? Just now?
