    Clitoris Issues

My clitoris is completely swollen to the point where i can barely move the clitoral hood at all. I can't move the clitoral hood down to expose the clitoris at all. On one side of the clitoral shaft is a hard lump that I have had for about two weeks and about a week ago something that looked like a blood blister formed on top of the hard lump and went away within about a day. The clitoral shaft is completely hard and pain occurs worst when I push down on the clitoral shaft/hood from the top of it (closest to my bellybutton). It is generally not painful when no contact is made. I also have had vaginal dryness which is extremely uncommon for me. I have had very limited contact to the area for about 3 days now.I currently have HPV and was told I have a cyst in my vulva that I shouldn't worry about it. I underwent bloodwork STD testing and do not have any STDs. It has never been this swollen.

What does your gynecologist say about your swollen clitoris?
I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.
    ...
Shall we gather strength by irresolution and inaction? Shall we acquire the means of effectual resistance by lying supinely on our backs and hugging the delusive phantom of hope, until our enemies shall have bound us hand and foot?

From a speech by Patrick Henry on March 23, 1775 at St. John's Church, Richmond, Virginia

Ok not to make this any grosser. But a bump surfaced and eventually popped and a orange and oily discharge came from the bump. I saw the gyno and he said that it was an infection, but not sexually related and seemed to already be healing. I got a biopsy and was given antibiotics. So if you have similar issues, I suggest going to the doctors. I was really nervous going, but it ended up being fine.
