I'm going to go out on a limb and say "no" because I had a friend who didn't get periods (severely underweight) and she ended up pregnant. But, she may have gotten just one prior to her pregnancy, I'm not sure. As far as the delay in your period, it's normal. Birth control messes with your hormones quite a bit (or, can) and going on and off has effects on the regularity of your cycle.

i think my cycle is very messed up.
after being off it for two weeks i took the m.a.p so im pretty sure that has caused the delay to my period..
just wanted to make sure that i would not be ovulating as i had unprotected sex again in which he did blow inside me. i did not want to take the m.a.p after the severe pain i had from taking it before..
atm i am just really wanting my period to come!

The biological way is ovulate then period if the egg has not been fertilized. However it is entirely possible to spot prior to the actual due date period as hormones fluctuate frequently and often in an unpredicted manner. It can take several months for your body to realign it's cycles after coming off of of the pill so you have to be patient. If you are off of the pill you will be ovulating. If you are having sex in that 2 weeks prior to your period, that 2 weeks prior is roughly when you ovulate, then you are putting yourself at an increased risk for pregnancy as that is your body's ideal time to conceive.

Also do not take the morning after pill frequently. That pill is intended for emergency use only not to be taken here and there just because. It contains several times the dose of regular birth control pills and is intended to entirely mess up your cycles. It is not uncommon to not have your period for a month or two after taking the morning after pill.
