this is the time to go to see your gynie. It can be a lot of things...
including an infection. Many times one is not as careful down there
as they should be, hence an infection. Sometimes it is stress...many
women under stress do not get their periods.
Sometimes it is dietary, such as starving yourself, you won't get it.
Sometimes if you are very athletic you don't get it.
If there is no physical reason, and it is stress, tell yourself over
and over again that 'nothing is important, nothing is urgent', so
as to destress yourself without a lot of expensive and crappy medication
and or waste of time counselling.
Stress is something that when you recognise it, and confront it,
you conquer it. -
I was in freak out mode earlier too about my cycle, because I didn't get my period, then it came. But it was late, and I was very stressed out. Depending on how bad your stress is, it could be delaying your period. 2 months is a good amount of time to go without a period though. Have you been to the doctor??? If your cycle is really irregular, your doctor could give you birth control to regulate your cycle better. Best of luck!! Let me know how it goes!!!
