PMS or something else?
I was wondering if anyone else has had this problem because it is starting to worry me. Every month about a week before my period my body gets very aggitated at night. I feel like I want to crawl out of my skin and it keeps me awake. I think it must be hormones and pms but this month it started early. It wakes me up in the middle of the night and I don't know what to do. Could it be something else? Does anyone else have this problem? I looked up restless leg syndrome but I don't think it is that. Are there any suggestions of what I could do to help my pms? -

Hi There,
Im glad to know that its not just me and as a pmdd suffer this for me is just another of the many syptoms I get during the 7-10 days before my period begins, I just take co-codamol in worrying quantities to take the aching away, I am yet again going to the doctors this afternoon to change my contraceptive pill as im sure this is not helping any of my symptoms, but no doubt i will get fobbed off again and as its a male doctor made to feel like Im a hypocondriact (excuse spelling!) I'll let you know how I get on.
