concerned
So about 2 days ago i had sex. Me and my significant other used spermicidal lubricated condoms and Im on jolessa so my "periord" comes every 3 months and ive been on it for a month now. When we were having sex the condom broke without us knowing and he ejaculated in me. The past 2 days ive had spotting to the point at times to stain my underwear. I was just wondering if this would be a cause of me starting my birth control or something more serious like being pregnant. What are your thoughts? -
is it on your safe time when you have sex with your boyfriend? if it is , don't worry, it is just some delay of your period.if it is not, there is some possibility that you are pregnant.ust Pregnancy Test Kit to test it, don't worry too much. it is better to deal with it at the early days of pregnant. -
I really think what you are experiencing is very mild break through bleeding while you body adjusts to the medication. The brown discharge is old blood. Typically the uterus contracts while it is shedding the lining, which is why a lot of women experience craps. You have now started taking a medicine that prevents your body doing what it does naturally. Therefore, the blood didn't get expelled as quickly as it normally does, hence, old blood. You can certainly call your doctor's office and explain what you are experiencing for piece of mind, but it is unlikely that you need to make an appointment for an exam. Your body is probably just adjusting to being forced to do something unnatural - not shedding uterine lining monthly

been on jolessa for about a month and a week and its a 91 pill set, so i should get my "period" every 3 months so i shouldnt be getting it for another month and a half but im thinking it could just be break through bleeding like Euphoric mentioned in their comment. Also its been going on for almost a week now.Comment
