Hello. I am new here. The reason I am asking for advise is because I do not have health insurance, cannot see a dr, and this is not an emergency so cant go to ER.

My question is, where is my period?

Some history: got pregnant when I was 17, had an abortion . was on bc pills for about 5 years. Lost health insurance, stopped taking pills in october 2012. Had a normal period in october and novemeber. I am usually correct when predicting my period, and it was due december 31st. my husband and I have been having unprotected sex only this month (december) and my period is almost two days late. i have taken 4 pg tests and all negative. Could i still be pg? if not, why am i late?

28 day cycle exactly... no other health problems besides t2 diabetes.

To make sure I would check with your gynecologist. The reason why your period might be late or not even come could be due to the fact that you stopped birth control which regulates your period. This happens to me every time I stop an start mine as well. Since your cycle is use to having hormone additive to help it stay on course it is now confused.

I actually stopped using birth control such as condoms to try to have a baby this time. this is the second time trying, the second absence of period because of trying, and no pregnancy. I am worried that i can even conceive anymore. is that possible?
