I would always vote against introducing anything into the vagina for douching or cleansing, unless otherwise specified by a physician for medical purposes. Your body produces it's own natural discharge to keep you clean and healthy and this does the job perfectly. Using anything else to clean it is only going to cause an imbalance. I have also just gone and checked out the website and found a spurious claim on there. It states:
"What is vaginal pH balance and why is it important? pH is a measure of how acidic or alkaline a substance is. A normal vaginal pH of 3.8 to 4.2 (acidic) is important for maintaining good vaginal health. At this optimum pH level, your vagina contains a specific balance of necessary bacteria and some yeast cells. When the pH balance is upset, the level of good bacteria gets too low and the level of bad bacteria gets too high. This can result in vaginal odor and infections. Because WaterWorks uses only tap water, it won’t disturb your natural pH balance."
This is total rubbish. Yes, the pH level of the vagina is right at about 3.8 - 4.8, but tap water is supposed to be between 6.9 and 9.5 so introducing it into the vagina WILL alter the natural pH level of it and in reality only encourage the production of more discharge to help rebalance the vagina.
Let your body do what it was designed to do and don't insert substances inside, unless medically directed to do so.
