well i had an early period, about a week early which is odd for me. it was short and lighter then normal. it lasted for about 3 days. now 3 days later im having very light brown discharge and thats lasted about 2 days. im still having mild cramps towards my sides. sharp vaginal pains right before period. the tender breasts and sore nipples. could something be wrong...possibly pregnant? any ideas or suggestions?

It could be implantation bleeding if it was light and only lasted for a few days. Wait for a couple of weeks and do a pregnancy test if you think you could be pregnant. If the cramps are really painful or if you start bleeding again go get it checked out, especially if its not normal for you. Try to stay calm and relaxed
