this morning as i was waking up i got a nasty round of cramps that FELT JUST like my menstrual cramps, but about 3x as intense. there was no bleeding; menstrual herbal tincture, heat and water all helped relieve the problem. it's now about 9 hours later, and my cycle hasn't started (and i looked, it probably won't start for another week, & MAN, is it regular!!) WHICH, is why this pain was so concerning to me. this evening i peed and there was some vaginal blood and pain.
any thoughts / suggestions? thank you in advance. :/
(this is the ONLY time something like this has happened, and the intense cramps were just this morning.)

Cramps and vaginal pain? Sound like maybe a uti, I'd go to the doctor also could be pregnant or any number of things could be wrong.

go get checked asap if you have a uti and it gets bad it will hurt a lot to go pee... worst feeling of life..
