Taking iron supplement may help with the dizziness. If you have been bleeding that long, you are most likely anemic. I'm not sure how much help the ER would be. I don't know if you are on any form of BC pills, but the dr. will often prescribe them to help regulate your cycle. The ER doctors won't do that. Most likely, they'll take your blood pressure and do a blood panel. Unless something is way amiss, they'll most likely suggest you see your regular physician. You are the only one who knows how bad/drained you feel. I think at the very least you should call your gyn. on Monday morning and explain that you are having an issue that can't wait for another two or three weeks. Surely they have some procedure in place for emergencies.
By all means, if you are having weak spells that are causing you of pass out, go to the ER.Comment
