Hi in December I came on my period on Christmas Day and lasted till beginning of January, in January I had 2 periods, I took a pregnancy test last week but it was negative, this week I've had light bleeding, extremely light at first it was a browny colour and sort of mucasy looking now it looks very light blood colour an has been like this for about 3 days, I don't know if it's actually my period or is it spotting? Any help and advice would really be appreciated

I would go to the doctor to get a blood test to test for pregnancy. To rule it out. It could just be spotting though but you never know

Thank you I was thinking of going too the doctors but just wanted too see if anyone had any ideas on what it could be to be on the safe side, normally my periods are heavy so this is quite unusual for me and other people have said it sounds like spotting so too take another test I also came off the contraceptive injection beginning of December

It was just that you said mucus like stuff that can sometimes be associated with being pregnant so can spotting and your welcome

I'm going too but a few tests tomorrow and see the outcome if its negative I think I'm still going to go too the doctors and ask for there opinion but I honestly don't know what else it could be other than being pregnant fingers crossed for me
