I had sex with my boyfriend for the first time about 2 weeks ago, and since we have had sex 4 times.
Everytime It was really painful difficult for him to insert it.. When penetrating it was painful and pushing on my bladder a lot. Since we’ve had sex, I haven’t had any pain. But I took a look at my vagina a few days ago, and inside the vagina opening is a very tissuey area with small tears. There has been no pain or bleeding.

It doesn't look normal to me, and I'm a little bit afraid. Do you have any idea what it could be?

I'm confused here ( as I'm sure others are too ).
You say you had sex for the first time 2 weeks sgo ?
Then have had sex 3 more times, it hurt and was/ is hard to insert his penis .

Then you say "Since we've had sex, I haven’t had any pain. " .
Is he making sure you are well Lubed before trying to penetrate or is he just ramming it in and Humping like a Bunny Rabbit ?

Are you using Condoms, they are Lubricated and may help with entry.. And PROTECTION !!
The tearing is not good, you can get infected, the Tissue feeling is probably swelling .

It sounds like you both are Young and having " Quickies", not taking the time for foreplay and making sure you are ready to receive him.

Avoid Sex for a week or so, until the tears heal and the swelling goes down. If it doesn't heal,within a week see a Dr. Remember your vagina is a warm place, Bacteria grows faster in warm moist places .You don't want to risk a Serious Infection .

When sex is new, it has to be taken slowly, if he was penetrating fast and hard, it would hurt, also if you were dry and I suspect you were it takes time to get used to and enjoy sex, then he could have cut you, as there is not enough lubrication happening.

This will take a little time to heal.
