well i get UTI's all the time for whatever reason, but most of the time i dont even notice the pain or nything having to do with that. but lately ive been getting pain in that area. i get alot of dark yellow/green discharge it feels like i wet my pants. and im itchy "down there" and swolen and dark red looking. and today which ive had the most itchiness and the swelling started i have been feeling really fatigued and nauseous. can someone please tell me what this might be, im kinda worried?

Get checked for STI's (sexually transmitted infections) specifically Gonorrhea.

OK so you can rule out any STDs. The greenish tinge to the discharge tells me that there is an infection somewhere. It could be from cysts that may have burst, or it could be from a vaginal infection such as BV. I'd now get to a doctor, get checked out and perhaps get on a course of antibiotics to clear this up.
