I am having a similar issue. I had my period in November around Thanksgiving. I don't usually keep track because my tubes are tied. I can usually go as long as 45 days between menses. I have had a lot of stress lately...Bankruptcy, foreclosure, relationship, money, etc. I have a tendency to worry about everything and sometimes experience anxiety. I didn't have a period in December. It is now January. For the last few days, I have had a light brown discharge, on and off, but no peiod yet. I am not pregnant. I did 5 tests over the course of the last two months, and all were negative. I am also a poor eater. I have tendency to snack all day and eat dinner. Is the stress and eating habits affecting my menstrual cycle? If so, how can I get it back in "check"? My fiance wants me to get my period...Says I have been a _itch lately. I have PMS symptoms on and off..Moody, overly sensitive, tired, emotional, etc. What's going on? Also..."Proudmommy" how many days after the brown discharge started did you get your period? Thanks.Ok I have 2 kids and have always had normal periods!2 months ago it was alittle late I was stressed I knew I was not pregnant I took a couple of test.well I started to have brown discharge for a couple of days then my period came.well It's happend again this month right now I'm having brown discharge and waiting on my period.Should I be concerned or Is this normal?I'm very scared!
