    white bumps on perinium

So i posted a few weeks ago and since then there are been some changes so I am reaching out to see if anyone has any idea? I have been with the same person for 7 months, been sexually active since I was a teenager, always been safe and never had any issues. Then at the beginning of December, I woke up to find 3 white hard bumps on my perinium. I panicked, got tested, and turns out I am clean. It isnt herpes, it isnt HPV genital warts, it isnt syphillus, nothing. The doctors, cannot figure out what is causing it or how to make it go away. Before I fork over an arm and a leg to see a dermatologist (ive already seen 3 different OBGYNS and they all did the same tests) I want to know if anyone else has had this happen? The same time the bumps appeared I noticed EXTREME vaginal discomfort. Very minimal itching, mostly only what I can described a pricklyness, and ive been shaving down there about once every week or two since I was 18. This time when the hair grows back its like I cant even stand the discomfort, its like razor blades are growing through my pubic area. The bumps will go away for 2 or 3 days, then I shaved, had sex again (this time used a condom) and then woke up the next morning with the same bumps and discomfort. They are mostly on the perinium, there is one on the labia, and I am just at a loss for what is happening here. Ive had swabs and blood work and been testing for literally everything and it all comes back negative. I am 27, the only change in my sexually related life was that I started nexplanon in July. There is no abnormal discharge or smell. I did notice last week though that I bled after sex, just a small amount and I havent had my period since I started this birth control in July. Also, my partner has been tested across the bored and is 100% clean as well. If anyone knows what these could be and has any suggestions, I would be so very grateful.

Sounds like some major irritation. Have you changed washing powder, soap or shaving cream recently? Or new types of razor, or lube? Could they be skin tags? Sounds more like ingrown hairs or boils though....do they hurt if you prod them? Id slather on some sudocreme in case it's some irritation or infection.

Nope, I havent changed any razors, creams, lotions, nothing at all. They dont hurt at all and I wouldnt have even noticed if I didnt touch them when I was washing myself. Its odd because they appear in the same place and like I said ive never had this issue before with shaving, it was just odd that they went away completely for 2 days, then came right back. Ill try the sudocreme, at this point ill try anything. Its so frusting that 3 different OB's cannot come to any conclusion on whats happening.

Aww, sorry I don't know maybe the new contraception is making you sweatier or oiler down there? If they refuse to go away and are worrying you then you might have to bite the bullet and go to a derm

I saw an LPN and she said that perhaps the birth control was messing with my hormones and making me dryer down there which was creating friction. I REALLY dont want to see a dermatologist, because if it ends up being nothing medical, then they charge an arm and leg to remove and it isnt covered by insurance I appreciate you responding though
