i need help
hi i mary im 40 happly married iam new to this board. i found it looking for help with a problem i have the last 6 -7 months i have noticed i breakout with pimples in my private area before my period each month when my cycle is over with they go away,it scares me and i also hate going to the doctor -
It is likely that the change in hormones are causing you to have acne in that area. It is actually fairly common for a lot of women. The best thing to do is keep that area clean and allow plenty of air flow. Shaving may cause more bumps. You may also want to see a gynecologist or a dermatologist. They may have some medication that can be used to treat and prevent those outbreaks. -
