    I can't feel pleasure anymore.

I started losing sensation within the span of a few short months. I can't feel anything pleasurable in my clitoris, vagina, or anus anymore. I can barely get aroused or wet, can barely even invision a dirty thought. Porn does nothing for me. If I rub fast enough in a specific position, I can orgasm but it doesn't even feel good. The only thing I sometimes feel is pain. I also started having numbness in my feet and buttocks. Couldn't urinate or defecate properly for a couple of months because I couldn't feel it. I've gone to my pcp, obgyn, and a neurologist. I've had blood tests, MRIs, EMG, and NCV. The only thing they found was arthritis in my lower back. I'm on some nerve pain medication and started taking estrogen the last month which has done nothing so far. It makes me feel like less of a woman and I'm severely depressed.
    Has anyone experienced this before?

Welcome to WH Interactive Forums. I am sorry to hear this. When I read it my only thought was the arthritis in your back was causing a pinched nerve in that area and that was causing the rest of the problems. I suspect that your neurologist is trying to determine if that is the case.
I have but one lamp by which my feet are guided, and that is the lamp of experience.

Do you check your blood sugar? Are you exercising?
What you describe can be caused by pre-diabetes and/or poor circulation (which can accompany blood sugar issues). Prolonged sitting can also cause numbness in the sex organs, especially if you don’t change positions or take breaks to stretch.
