Women’s Health: Has Anyone Tried Mobile Tracking Tools?

Has anyone here tried using a mobile tool or program to track their health and habits? I’ve been looking for something that helps with women’s health specifically—like managing energy levels, cravings, and overall physical wellness. I’m curious if any of you have found an app or system that actually makes a difference and keeps you consistent. What’s worked for you?

I have an Apple watch so I use the Apple Health app for a lot of that stuff. To track food and activity and stuff, I do food/exercise tracking in Lose It because I like the interface, and use Dancebit because it's a lot of fun. The consistency really comes from making time for things, and it can help to use your calendar app for that (basically making an appointment for exercise, for instance).

I use a Garmin and I like it. I don't use all the features, but it syncs with My Fitness Pal, which I also use to track food and exercise. Makes it easy.

That's how I feel about the Apple watch... I KNOW I don't use even half of the features, but it also feels like it almost has too many.

Apps help with habits, but real care makes a big difference for physical wellness. I track overall health and skin issues with Velora Skin Clinic.
