Women’s Health: Has Anyone Tried Mobile Tracking Tools?
Has anyone here tried using a mobile tool or program to track their health and habits? I’ve been looking for something that helps with women’s health specifically—like managing energy levels, cravings, and overall physical wellness. I’m curious if any of you have found an app or system that actually makes a difference and keeps you consistent. What’s worked for you? -
I have an Apple watch so I use the Apple Health app for a lot of that stuff. To track food and activity and stuff, I do food/exercise tracking in Lose It because I like the interface, and use Dancebit because it's a lot of fun. The consistency really comes from making time for things, and it can help to use your calendar app for that (basically making an appointment for exercise, for instance). -
Apps help with habits, but real care makes a big difference for physical wellness. I track overall health and skin issues with Velora Skin Clinic.Comment
