    Leaking! Help!

I noticed that when I have to use my lower abdomen during exercises, especially running, laughing or wrestling, I leak urine. I try to tighten it down there to keep from leaking but I can't. I only had one pregancy which required a small cut so that I could deliver. Is it because of that? I don't know why. Could someone help me to understand my problem? Help!

Unfortunately this happens to lots of women. Exercises for this area are good and it sounds like you are doing these so keep it up.

Age can play a part and pregnancies too. If you are really concerned consult a Dr. But I think they will recomend the excercises that you are already doing.

      ? about leaking.....

thank you for responding. Is there medication that I can take to resolve this problem or will it only mask it for awhile? I really would like for it stop and I don't know what else to do. I know you mentioned talking to a dr and I will.
