i have a question i hope someone can help with. i have been having light spotting between periods.. no pain.. but i freak out over things so... got any advice????

hi... i'm a newbie here but i just wanna share that my mom has the same problem. i've been asking her forever to go to an ob-gyne but i think she's scared... just ask someone to go with you to an ob-gyne to check if something's wrong with ya... something about regulating hormones and stuff... -
