Well you will be inexperienced and that in itself makes a difference. There is also a chance that it will some what hurt a bit the first time and that may be noticeable. I suggest telling him. If he's that important to you that you're willing to share your first time with him, then I think you should probably just tell him before. -
YES. If your hymen is intact you're a virgin. If your hymen is already broken, you are NOT a virgin*.
*Yes, i know that you can rupture a hymen through non-sexy things (horse rides, crossbow accident), but most people won't believe you anyway. (And we got too confused at all this "born again virgin" and "rape doesn't count" stuff. So we're sticking with the good ol' medieval system: 'You're only a maiden if you have a maidenhead.').
And i know plenty of people who, despite practice, remain useless in the sack. So lack of skill doesn't mean anything.Comment

I made the mistake of not telling my boyfriend that I was a virgin and now it is coming back to bite me. I am 25 and he is much more experienced, so at the time I was just too embarrassed to tell him I'd never had sex. When we finally did have sex I think he might have suspected (I was in obvious pain), but he let it go. Since then he has brought up a few things that make me believe he knows the truth, but he has never pushed the issue. So now I have this stupid lie hanging out there between us and it's been going on so long that I don't feel like I can just come clean.
The moral of the story is to just tell him the truth.Comment

I agree, just tell that truth. It may actually turn him on to know that you are a virgin...maybe its just TV but I think that is kinda like a guys fantasy in some way...lol...Look up some sex tips prior though so you can at least have an idea of what you are doing. I would say def. just tell the truth though! Good Luck!!

I agree with Mmhmm. To some guys, having a virgin is like having a trophy. You have to be honest with him, he'll appreciate you for that, and also, he'll be able to adjust and be gentle for you. You will enjoy it even if it will be a bit painful. So, get out of your shell, it is not a shame to still be a virgin at your age. To some countries, it is a pride!
