    Hi emma.

Welcome to the Forum, glad you felt comfortable posting here.

It's usual to bleed the first time when you have sex, you break the Hymen and so you bleed.. It will hurt the first time as well as your body is not used to what just happened.

I assume you mean he conducted oral sex on you first and then went straight for putting his manhood inside you.. He didn't use anything such as a lubricant?

He needs a little education love for that and also because he is wrong... When you aren't on your period is when you can get pregnant...

Go and see a Doctor straight away and ask for Morning after pill... and then speak to them about going on the pill, let them know your active with sex now.

In Australia there are free clinics - Family planning - if you don't want to go to your own Doctor see if there is an equivalent to where you live.

Be careful of not only getting pregnant but also of STD's, just in case, always use a condom until you have been with a partner for a long time and trust him and that you are also on the pill.

Let us know how you go sweet.

Hi Emma, Ive only just registered on this site and was going to sit back and read for a bit, but felt I needed to add a post.

What CW has said is great advice

I bet youre very scared and confused, a similar thing happened to me at that age.

I felt under a lot of peer pressure and didnt give myself enough to think about things.

No matter what stage in your menstrual cycle you are its possible to become pregnant, there are just times that are less likely.

Please do go and speak to a doctor, and with regard to contraception, like CW said, you need to protect your health so condoms are the best until you are settled in a relationship

All the very best, I hope you're ok x

Yes, there are free clinics here as well or there are ones that ask very little out of pocket money. You should Google: Planned Parenthood. There you can search for clinics near your area. It's private so you don't need to worry about your parents finding out either (if that is a concern) for you. Ask for Plan B. It's the same thing as the morning after pill.

I would also suggest that you do a little research about your body. CW is right, you can get pregnant while you are not on your period. Also, you should use condoms not just to protect yourself from pregnancy but also STD's. There are STD's that have no symptoms for a man and he can be passing them to you though unaware. One of these being Trichomoniasis. Your body is a temple, take care of it.

One last thing... If you are with someone who tells you that they love you but wants to only have sex without a condom, that is not true love. If they love you then they want you to be safe as well. Never do something that you aren't comfortable with or because someone tries to convince you otherwise.

Let us know how it goes.

P.S. You are to take Plan B within 72 hours (3 days) of the time you had unprotected sex so please, please rush to the clinic to be safe.

You've gotten good advice so far, please do follow it. Unfortunately this young man is either pretty ignorant or he was manipulating you for his own pleasure. Only you can decide which.

There is a really good book to educate yourself about your body, it's called, What's Happening to My Body?, there is a girls version and a boy's. You may have already learned some of it but I think you might find it interesting and helpful. But do get in for the Plan B, Don't delay. It might make you feel a little icky while you are taking it but it's better to be safe than sorry. Planned Parenthood or your county health services can help you with deciding what is the best protection for you. Remember conception control is different from protecting yourself from STIs. You need to do both.

Take care of yourself. The soreness between your legs will pass quickly but other things could last a lifetime. Sex can be a wonderful experience that really enriches your life but you have to be healthy and responsible about it.

That's great.. Glad we could help and thanks for coming back and replying.

Don't know if the Doctor's mentioned but you need to be on the pill for a month for it to work, so maybe ask your man to use a condom in the meantime, till the second packet to make sure you don't get pregnant sweet.

Hope you stay and join in on other threads...

                  Take care.
