    we are the lucky ones.

This has happened to me a few times in my life. With an orgasm comes a flood of "feel good" chemicals that can be overwhelming. Because of this the body has two responses: either laugh or cry. It is perfectly normal to have this response after an intense orgasm. And some women are luckier than others in that they are able to have an orgasm easier and sometimes even longer.
If you feel the cry coming on after an orgasm, just let it happen and enjoy the ride! If you know that this DOES happen to you, warn your partner before hand so they know they haven't done anything wrong. Quite the opposite in fact, they've done something VERY right.

My usual response is to get sort of giggly after orgasm--I thin it's silly but my boyfriend thinks it's cute/sexy for some weird reason. :-) But several times I have cried instead. it has always been when I have felt an especially deep emotional connection during intercourse, plus a really intense orgasm. The first time it took both my boyfriend and me both by surprise, but we've talked bout it since then, with me reassuring him that I was crying because I was happy. We both know it's normal now, even if it doesn't happen often.
