I believe I have answered this back then. I would like to update though...lol.
the answer now is... as often as I am emotionally and physically capable. If for some reason I stop wanting it, and I am not tired nor sick, I have a huge emotional barrier that needs to be addressed ASAP!Comment

Ideal would be multiple times a day. I think at least once a day is a necessary otherwise i get really cranky.Comment
