I think he should go to a doctor for this. Good luck.

I am a guy who has suffered from premature ejaculation since I started having sex at 16. It was not until I was about 32yo that I saw a Doctor who specializes in this area. He put me on Zoloft tablets which are referred to as SSRI's and used to treat depression. I only take half a tablet a day which he tells me is quite a low dosage but I have gone from lasting 30secs to lasting 2-3 minutes of continuous thrusting. If I pause I can last a lot longer. For a guy who has suffered from PE for so many years this is a really good result.

For years I tried all the other methods that people suggest but unfortunately they did not work. I have not grown out of it and thinking of something else at the critical moment definitely does not work for me.

I suggest you get you boyfriend to talk with his Doctor and ask for a referral to a specialist in this area. The effort will be worthwhile as my sex life is now much more satisfying for both my wife and I.

      Good luck.

        premature ejaculation

Once again thanks for the great advice. Still trying to get him to talk to his doctor but he's as stuborn as a mule. We've been looking at herbal remedies but there's just so many out there. Anybody know of any that will help?

        Cheers

You can try but if any desired results occur the real reason is due to a thing called the placebo effect. Think about it, if all it took was some special tea, enzyme capsule, or a teaspoon of oil to get premature ejaculation under control...the business would be topping billions of dollars in profit. Low an behold that is not the case.
