Ok, ok... don't look for physical changes. Look for changes in her heart. In my not so glorious past, I cheated on my husband. I regret the dishonesty, wish I'd just told him the truth from the start... anyway:
When I started having an affair I began growing less and less interested in being w/ hubby. In a short time, I didn't want him to touch me at all and the thought of sex w/ him became repugnant. What changed? Nothing physical really, just my heart.
Does she look into your eyes w/ love and affection? Does she reach out to touch you for no reason other than to feel your presence? Does she tell you about her day and what she's thinking?? If no, you at least have some work to do on your relationship. The thing w/ cheating isn't not about a penis entering a vagina, it's about the relationship between 2 people.
I expect this will be no help to you at all, but it's the best I can do

There is no real way to tell physically that can't be explained away in other ways as well. If you don't have trust then exactly what is the relationship based on? You can't go around wondering and trying to find out the truth forever, it will drive you crazy.“The pessimist complains about the wind; the optimist expects it to change; the realist adjusts the sails.†- William Arthur WardComment

I try to go with gut feeling, and that comes out to more than 90% correct all of the time, but with bigger issues the ego gets in the way...Comment
