Unfortunately they don't go away on their own. Anal warts, like genital warts cannot be cured...despite what you may read on the internet. I've got genital warts myself and whenever they re-appear I put on my genital warts treatment and they disappear for a few weeks. They come and go...it's a part of having these warts I'm afraid. The product I use contains ozone and green tea catechins because I prefer natural ingredients that work instead of chemicals etc. Maybe Google this for more information and help. I'm not a doctor so I don't know if it'll work for anal warts. Give it a try and good luck. Don't worry, you'll get used to them, it only takes an adjustment to your normal everyday life.

Warts are viral. Vitamin C , D3 , Zinc and a healthy diet will all help.
Topical application of banana skin will help. Bananaskin has an enzyme that will kill the virus along with high Potassium level in the bananas skin.

An ex boyfriend of mine had them ad we'd apply a special liquid qhich 'froze' them over time. A bit painful but they eventually went away and have never beenback.
