Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm thinking that the bulge he shows is a penis snaking outline to the side downward rather than a crotch bulge. Not exactly the type bulge I have in mind, though of course that would get women's attention too.
The pictures of balls bulge being shown in this thread most certainly aren't the type of bulge I have in mind. I think women can tell when the bulge just looks like eggs in a basket. I don't think women are checking guys' crotches out to see if they have big balls, even though big balls are a plus to many women, they are looking for indication of something else.
