Definitely make sure she is comfortable with the idea! Haha I also had an experience like Hopeless Dork, and got one out but not the other. I started to panic, apparently though if you stand up and cough they come flying out. Looking back on it, it's hilarious, but not very fun at the time.
I also didn't find them very pleasurable, maybe I had the wrong idea about them. But for me they just weren't that great.Comment

I have a cheap pair and they don't do much for me other than make noise when I walk. My advice is to know what your wife likes and pair her with a set that will work for her - and don't skimp! The nice, smooth metal ones would probably be SO much better than the cheap, seamed plastic junk I ended up with (I only have them as part of a mixed bag we bought from Amazon.com, of all places... it was cheap and amusing, and made for good party favors, but you get what you pay for!). Also yes get ones with strings!Comment
