You might want to google the-clitoris. There is a dot com website by the same name. Drill down into the site until you find the vulva galleries. There are numerous pictures that show just how different clits and labia can be. There is one that looks like a little penis protruding from the labia. I'm guessing that puppy is 2" long or more. Just because this person has a large clitoris, does not mean that they have had a sex change operation. The most telling sign would be a prominent Adam's apple. They aren't affected very much by hormones and never by a sex change operation.
