ive noticed i cant achieve erections no where near as before and ive noticed after using viagra one night the next 2-5 days is a mission to get an erection. im only 25!

Why would you use Viagra if you don't need it? I know that there's that certain thought that it'll make men "harder" - but really?

Probably something else then. As far as I know Viagra doesn't cause permanent vessel damage.
An erection is formed by causing blood to rapidly enter and stay in the penis. If you have low blood pressure, then it can be very hard to achieve an erection.
So I believe you should go see a doctor and talk about this, as well as maybe getting respiration and blood pressure tests done.They call it PMS because Mad Cow Disease was already taken.

If you are having erection issues at 25, go see a doctor. Sure your erections at 25 probably shouldn't be what they were at 18 (oh those days of spontanious and inconvenient erections for no apparent reasons), but you may have a real health issue.Comment

I think that , based on some of your posts... that your focus and concern about your size, how hard you are able to get, loss of erection has put you in a position where it *could* be causing some anxiety related erectile disfunction issues. See a doctor so that you have your testosterone, blood pressure, blood sugars etc checked to see if there is any medical reasons why you might be having erection issues.
And if they give you a clean bill it might be time to seek the advice of a professional regarding anxiety if you find you are unable to keep from overthinking the state of your erections.
A lot of young guys use viagra, but unless you have a blood flow problem, its almost more of a placebo effect, you feel like you are going to be supermanhard and don't worry about it... so then you get that effect. Then without it you might be feeling like it wont be as good... so it isn't.
Since anxiety, performance anxiety or other anxieties can affect where your blood is sent it can have a definite effect on erections.Scars remind us of where we've been...they don't have to dictate where we're going.Comment
