I usually don't comment on things like this... But you are too young, way too young to have sex... And why are you getting married when you are 16? . But if you will marry him when you are 16, you have to understand that you are only 13 now and you truly have no idea what you will feel for him or he feel for you in a few years.

It's good that you've been together for a while, and great that you feel that you love each other.

I'm pleased that he doesn't want to do anything that would hurt you, I'm guessing your asking because you want to see if there is a way where it wouldn't and I'm hoping that's not to please him.

When you marry, for what ever reason you've decided now, that, that will be at 16, he will be 19... You both will at least be a bit more mature and understanding of all of this, there is no rush.

If you want it to be beautiful, then both of you hold off until your wedding night and just learn the love of holding each other, kissing each other and waiting. It will be so special to both of you at that time...

Not being a Mum Because you will always do what you want to do, but I'm sincerely saying based on the way in which your talking, that it would be special for you both and therefore, you wouldn't feel what you may feel just doing it, not knowing how, or with that deeper love and connection for each other...
