Well to start off, my experience the other night with my current boyfriend was rather pleasant. It wasn't painful which my past experiences have been and he was slow and understanding. We used lube and lots of it and he listened and we both enjoyed it ... didn't orgasm though, darn.

Anyways. We found out I can only use silicon lube since we we're being curious and went to a couples adult superstore and found out that I had the beginnings of an allergic reaction to other lubes and it burned like every time we used KY or some others. Silicon is much better and feels better.

My question.

The other night, I had a tad bit of stingning near the bottom of my vagina during and after he removed his penis. It wasn't burning, it was more of a tolerable but annoying stinging. And it went away within minutes of stopping intercourse. He said it might be a tear or the fact the skin is being stretched. Could it be that?

Everything down there is normal and nothing unusual has popped up. No pain or bleeding during intercourse, not even the next day. , I felt happier the next day, lol. Felt bloated that night but it went away in the morning. We used protected and lots of lube.

Advice?

I can't see any gynos right now since no health insurance until a few weeks, so try not to advise one.

Hmm. I'm not an expert. But I remember a few times in a past relationship that would happen to me. I chalked it up to his size and the angle/ position we were in. I don't think it's tearing, unless there was blood.

Did either of you pee shortly before the intercourse? I'm a man, but I get a very similar sensation sometimes if I have intercourse and then urinate right after. My conclusion was that it was a mixture of an acid and a base causing a slight stinging/tickling sensation.

Maybe that's a stupid suggestion, lol, I dunno. Just trying to help. The sensation I had sounds exactly like yours so I figured I'd mention it.

I think it may be a superficial tear, by which I mean minor tissue damage with no blood loss. Could be due to size or friction or both. Also, depending on how much time had passed since you experimented with different lubes, it could be a left over of a slight irritation from one of those lubes that didn't suit that got further irritated by the friction of sex.

Keep an eye on it of course, but I doubt it is serious.

My guy has a thick penis and just once in a blue moon I get a similar thing. A dab of zinc based nappy rash cream and I'm right as rain in less than 24 hours.

If you are healthy and really aroused you shouldn't generally need lube. Are you using condoms? I find those do tend to dry me out. Could be a latex sensitivity.

But then some do. Some women have an issue of 'drying up' (for want of a more delicate term) after a certain amount of time or just with the friction. Some women need a little extra lubrication to top up their own when with a larger partner. It does happen that a woman can be very turned on and still not produce enough natural lubrication to make sex as comfortable as it needs to be.

And some women just like the sensation. Nothing wrong with using lube.

He is the large size, not by length so much, but more width I guess. It's been a long time since my past experiences were the one time with my ex when we tried to have sex and it was too painful for me...

Yes, we are using condoms, LifeStyle Ultra Sensitive ones. We use silicon lube since I found out I have an allergy to the other types. It only seems to sting a bit going in, then stops when we get moving. But it isn't burning, it's like a tolerable annoying slight sting and I can tolerate it only because I have a high pain tolerance.

I actually never knew that :/ I do tend to dry up though on my own, even after receiving oral sex from him, I tend to dry up a bit. And I use the lube just for personal reassurance. It's a weird thing with me. But we both like using this silicon lube, it makes everything very comfortable and nice feeling.

Is it ok to put this lube on the pubic hair. I do that and it tends to not rub up against him so much since I do shave a bit... and I don't get irritations. Or is that not a good thing? I always wash this all off after wards.

Maybe it's because I'm not using to having a penis slightly thrusting (not fast or rough, but slow in and out but not littelry in and out ... whatever you get my point) and I'm all of a sudden able to have that.

But...

We get a little bit longer into sex and I guess it's the cervix or that bone that's in the back that you can feel yourself with masturbation ... gets a little sore and sometimes hurt a bit and I have to stop. Is it something serious or maybe because I'm just not used to it yet and it'll eventually go away? It's not dieing pain, it's like a discomfort.

We apply gels or liquids that are suppose to increase arousal for women and that helps stimulate more lubrication. Otherwise I have a bunch of individual packets of silicone lube that we've been using. Occasionally I can be slightly aroused and produced so much fluid it dulls sensation and makes me dehydrated afterward. My body can't make up it's mind.

So that slight pain/discomfort in the back in normal for me since I'm not used to it? And I can't have any of those special heating or stimulating lubes since most are glycerin based and I have an allergy to them. Mine have to be silicon. No problem though, that's why they made special places to get those, haha.
