Astro glide, finger first, LOTS of clitoral play to relax and turn me on... and then, only then is he allowed to put his penis anywhere near my rear. I have had painful experiences and I know what to avoid, and he is very good about waiting until I tell him 'ok'.

You can also buy slim toys at many online toy shops or your local adult store that are great for beginner anal play and will help you learn to relax and enjoy. They're doubly nice because if your fiance is ever interested in anal play, he can use the toys as well!

I am still fairly new at this myself, and for me, lube of courser is essential, but also starting in the spooning position instead of doggie or whatever, is much more comfortable.

You definitely need a lot of lube. You need to go REALLY slowly. Have him start by just sticking a finger in there (might help if he's wearing latex gloves too). Once you feel a little stimulated, have him try two fingers. Let him do that for a while, and then he put his penis inside you, it should feel a lot better.

As like everyone else Lube is a must! because unlike your vagina your anal doesn't lube itself up. And a good lube is better try water based ones that's what me and my husband used. We have only actually had anal once, we tried one other time and i freaked out. I had a REALLY bad experience the first time I did anal, so when I went to try it with my husband I had all these horrible flashbacks and freaked. But when we ACTUALLY did it, it felt amazing! we did other stuff to start off and then had him play with my rectum using his fingers and then he slowly put in the head and when I gave the go ahead he went in the rest of the way. He just needs to listen to what you say and if you tell him it hurts you need to stop, you could do some damage to the rectum if anal isn't done right, but when done right it feels amazing! Hope this helps

take it really slow, my boyfriend get me wet first then he would use that as a lube for the back and it works.
