I am 20 years old, and I have been sexually active for 3 years.
I have never had an orgasm before. This is very frustrating for me, almost to the point where I don't even want to have sex with my boy friend. We have been together now for a year, and I love him so much. There is so much passion between the two of us. But, when it comes to having sex, I just can't cum. I was married for 4 years before I orgasmed for the first time. I t took years of patience on my husbands part and years of frustration on my part!! Some women don't have their first orgasm until much later in life. Take your time until you find out what works for you. Relax and take it slow. Do your best to not have a psychological block.

Studies of brain activity have found that many women who report being non orgasmic, will show by brain activity that they have had an orgasm but they claim not to have. Apparently they are disconnected from their responses and unable either to feel or identify when they have an orgasm.

Are you able to bring yourself to orgasm when you masterbate? This may be a good place to start.
