I've been with my fiance for 2 yrs. In january I got pregnant and we decided not to have it. Our relationship wasn't very stable at the point. I wanted it he didn't. I found out while I was dealing with this he had started dating someone. Me and him still talked everyday and he ended up cheating on his then girlfriend with me. Our sex was great then. He is smaller than a lot of the men I've been with. But he still used to last a good amount of time. Since may he lasts no longer than 20 seconds with no exagerastion. He's gone to the doctor and got blood work done but nothings helped. I feel horrible because he wants to be better. I've given up on the idea that our sex life will ever be fulfilling. I'm 23 and my sex life was better when I was 17 any advice would be greatly appreciated.

It could be some sort of anxiety or stress .
Do some research on Kegel exercises;
learn them and teach them to your boy friend.
They've been known to have helped lots of guys. While at it,
practice some yourself.

A lot of times there is a psychological aspect to sexual problems and his PE may have become a self-fulfilling prophesy. Do you orgasm by him fingering you or by him doing oral? If you do or you can learn to orgasm by his hands or tongue, it may be a way for him to be distracted. Also, try having him do only one stroke before pulling out, going back later when he has lost some of his excitation. Gradually work up to more strokes. Use lubricant unless he can keep you highly aroused the whole time. Let him finish after a reasonable amount of time.
