Here's the secret... don't take him all the way in your mouth. Instead, let your drool run down his shaft (or you can use lube), use your hand to stroke him while your mouth focuses just on the head. You can also mix it up by running your tongue along the underside of his penis, lick and suck his balls, play with his anus (if he's into that). I'll provide a guy's perspective. There's a way you can do a bang up job without tiring your jaw or getting cum in your mouth. It works best with your partner lying down with his penis lying flat along his body.
