I am 27 and have been with my partner for 9 years, I had a baby last november and our sex life has diminshed, the main reason seems to be as I am very large down below, I had weight loss surgery 3 years ago as I was 22 stone and have lost 10 stone since, after the baby I did all the reccomended excercises but it does not seem to have made any difference as I am still able to fit my hand inside me,
My partner has a good average sized penis and if i'm honest we had better sex when I was big, I have read in magazines that some positions may help and add more feeling?
If anyone has any advice it is appreciated.

Are you consistently doing kegel exercises? You need to do kegels for a good deal of time before you can see the benefits of them.

Being able to fit a hand in, doesn't necessarily surprise me, our vaginas are pretty adaptable and can be accommodating. However, you should still have some "tightness" regardless of weight loss, giving birth, etc.

yes I have been doing kegal exercises, I often do them at work when sat at my desk and at home but after 9 months there does not seem to be any change which is quite frustrating to say the least, is there anything else you can suggest?

I'll toot the kegel horn again, but have you tried using something like a Kegelmaster *goes to summons Wild Child*? It's kind of like resistance training for your vag...

Other than that, I'm not sure what positions would help, probably anything that has your legs more closed than open. Doggie style, missionary with legs up on his shoulders, etc...

You need a resistance device to make them more effective. After quite a bit of research, I decided that the Kegelmaster is the best. Vaginal weights require you to already have fairly strong PC muscles and bio feedback devices let you know how strong your muscles are but don't really help you work the muscles better. As a sex educator and Kegelmaster distributor ( haven't got my website up yet) I sell them one on one and educate women on why they need to strenghten their PC muscles. You should be able to find someone in the UK who is a distributor.

Try missionary style with your legs together.

I happen to love this one: Doggie style, but your legs almost together, and his on the outside of yours. It's a subtle difference but really effective.

Keeping your legs together definitely helps! In missionary and doggy style.... missionary she usually crosses her legs and puts themover one of my shoulders, and doggy places her legs close and inside the guy with his legs on the outside of hers crouching a little. or leaning over a table or bed and stand with yoru legs close together works too! feels incredible!
